Upon receipt of this Notice to Extend, an Executive Lodging representative will contact you via e-mail or phone to verify that we have received your request.  If however, you have not heard from us within 48 business hours of submission of this form, please contact us by phone at 713-552-9852 ext. 111.

We trust you are enjoying your stay with us, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay in your short term housing unit more enjoyable.  Please note that this is only a notice to extend your stay, in terms of your contract with us you are still required to give us written notice to vacate prior to your departure.
