Please note that you are required to give us written notice prior to vacating of your apartment. Upon receipt of this Notice to Vacate we will contact you via e-mail or phone to verify that we have received your notice. If however, you have not heard from us within 48 hours of submission of this form, please contact us by phone at 713-552-9852. If you experience any difficulty submitting the form online you may print it and fax it to us at 713-552-9854. Please also note that the apartment needs to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Please contact us prior to departure for key return procedure.
